This notice describes the current public website and the controlled design partner pilot. It will be updated before broader production use.
Public website
This website does not include account registration, tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or analytics. The pilot-access form collects the name, work email, company, role, area of interest, and any optional high-level message you provide. We use this information only to respond about Delivery Arc and the design partner pilot.
How form details are handled
Form details are sent from the website to our configured email inbox and are not stored in a public website database. Our website host and email delivery provider process the request to deliver that message. Do not enter HubSpot credentials, contact exports, transcripts, or client-level information in the form.
Pilot information
Before any HubSpot portal is connected, we agree the pilot scope, permitted data, access method, retention period, and deletion process. Do not send contact exports, credentials, transcripts, or sensitive client data through ordinary email.
HubSpot access
Portal review is designed to use the minimum read access needed for the agreed audit. Delivery Arc does not advertise automatic CRM writeback. Credentials and tokens must remain server-side and must not be submitted through this public website.
Retention and deletion
Pilot retention is agreed with each participating partner before production data is used. You can request access, correction, or deletion by contacting jay@assemblygrowth.com.
